Mujda Danishwar

Mujda Danishwar is a Lawyer based in the Zaparas Lawyers Pakenham office, practising in WorkCover and TAC claims.

She was drawn to personal injury law by the opportunity to support people through some of the most challenging periods of their lives. Mujda finds it particularly rewarding to advocate for her clients, guide them through the legal process and work towards outcomes that can make a meaningful difference to their recovery and future.

Mujda takes a responsive and approachable approach to her work, with a strong focus on building trust through open communication. She understands that clients are often dealing with significant stress and uncertainty, and aims to make the claims process as straightforward as possible while ensuring they remain informed and supported at every stage.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, travelling and exploring Melbourne’s food scene.
