Kaynisha Mahalingam

Kaynisha is a dedicated Lawyer based in our Upper Coomera office, specialising in Workers’ Compensation and Compulsory Third-Party claims.

Originally from Malaysia, Kaynisha made the sunny Gold Coast her home over a decade ago to pursue her passion for law. Alongside her studies, Kaynisha’s commitment to helping others led her to volunteer with various community legal centres, igniting her determination to advocate for individuals navigating challenges within the legal system.

Kaynisha’s diverse background, coupled with her proficiency in three languages, enriched her understanding of people’s unique needs, especially those facing difficulties following serious injuries.

Outside of her legal endeavours, Kaynisha finds solace in nature by hiking and capturing scenic landscapes through photography. Her passion for knowledge extends to reading, watching documentaries and embarking on worldly travels, reflecting her insatiable curiosity about the world around her.
