A great opportunity has arisen for a full time receptionist to join our Epping office.

    Job tasks and responsibilities

    • Work within a very busy Front of House function by answering all incoming calls which could be up to 150 per day. Identify callers, forward them to the relevant person with efficiency and in a courteous manner. Take messages as needed accurately and in appropriate time frame.
    • Attend face-to-face visitors, identify reason for visit and direct them appropriately i.e. to the relevant person or to a meeting room for appointment.
    • Ensure the reception area, meeting rooms and boardrooms are tidy and ready to use at all times.
    • Assisting with client requests and needs (i.e. offering tea or coffee, photocopying documents for clients etc.)
    • Performing other administrative duties consistent with skills, knowledge and abilities as assigned by the direct supervisor.

    The Successful Applicant

    • At least 3 years’ experience in reception and customer service in a call centre or office environment is essential.
    • You are a self-motivated individual who has a ‘can-do’ attitude and can work under supervision in a high paced environment.
    • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to service clients in an efficient and friendly manner.
    • You have great attention to details and is able to complete tasks to a high standard.
    • You are proficient in Microsoft office suite. Law Master experience would be an advantage however training will be given.
